Refund policy

PRODUCTS
Products come with a 10 business days warranty period following delivery, during which the customer is entitled to a return under the following conditions:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
The customer has the right to request a return if the supplied products have manufacturing defects or other non-conformities in relation to the ordered items. The return must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. In these cases, the customer must send a photo of the defect to shop@mesmerieusa.com before proceeding. Luknik LLC will arrange for the collection at no additional cost in mainland territory, and if there is available stock for the same item, a new piece will be sent to replace the defective one.

*Luknik LLC will replace the damaged item and not the full set, if applicable.
*Each case will be individually reviewed by us.

RETURN
If the customer is not satisfied with the supplied products, they may return them within 10 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The products have not been used;
  • The products retain their original characteristics, and their labels are intact and unopened;
  • They are complete (for example, all set elements must be returned).

In these cases, the customer must always send an email in advance to shop@mesmerieusa.com. The costs associated with the return of the order will be borne by the consumer. Once the returned product is received, Luknik LLC will analyze and confirm its condition and, if applicable, refund the corresponding amount for the returned item(s). If the returned items are damaged and visibly used, Luknik LLC reserves the right to reject the return and refuse a refund.

HOW TO PROCEED:

STEP 1: INFORM
Send an email to shop@mesmerieusa.com. The body of the email or contact application should contain the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Inform us of the items you want to return and the nature of the issue.

STEP 2: PACK THE ITEM
You can use the original packaging in which you received the order. Send or deliver the product to the address listed in the email we'll send you. After receiving and analyzing the product, Luknik LLC will inform the customer of their entitlements (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
